Surprisingly Easy Natural Health Tips

Natural Health Can Be Easy

When McDonald’s introduced apples to their menu the apple industry exploded. Everyone was shocked to discover the general public wanted to eat fruit.

It was the first indicator that natural health is becoming more popular.

But what does the natural health trend mean?  It starts with becoming aware of the drugs and chemicals that invade our life.  It means cutting back on the fast foods and enjoying more fruits and vegetables.  It means adding regular physical activity each day. And using a bodywork massage to help your body heal and become strong and energized.

Many people believe that being “healthy” is difficult.  They don’t want to give up their Mountain Dew or coffee.  The power of becoming naturally healthy, though, means that you don’t “give up” anything.  You make small changes over time and realize

that you feel better…less stressed…and able to function at a level far higher than ever before.

What’s interesting is your grandparents and great-grandparents lived healthy.  They didn’t have processed food. In fact, their food was organic.  They made meals from scratch and worked in farms or small towns.  They didn’t have as many (or any) cars, so they walked a lot.  Of course, they also missed out on much of what we take for granted.  Our goal now is to take the best from their lives and the best from our current society…creating an exciting and effective way to be the best you can be.

Tips to start your natural healthy habits program

What does “healthy” really mean, then? It means the food you eat has no hormones, additives, colors, chemicals or additional salt or sugar. You’ll be shocked at how good a pork chop is without the “12 percent added solution” which is a concoction of water, salt and chemicals that supposedly make the meat tender. You’ll be able to taste the chemicals once you’ve gotten away from them for a bit. You’ll also discover these chemicals leave you feeling slightly sick, making it easy to avoid them next time.

It means drinking water instead of soda, or tea instead of gallons of “energy drinks”.

It means eating fruits and vegetables that are unpolluted with chemicals.

And it means walking instead of driving; playing sports instead of watching hours of tv.

Here’s the big secret: You don’t have to make all the changes at once. Start with one little change. Go for a walk at lunch; have a simple sandwich and skip the processed fries. Instead of coffee with artificial sugar and creamer, drink it black for for 7 days and see how you feel.

Face massageStart getting a massage once a month. You’ll quickly find the little changes are easier to do because your body is getting the attention it deserves. Your circulation improves and your feeling of wellness increases.

It’s the little things that add up to big results.

So pay attention to being healthy naturally.  You’ll discover there’s more to life than you realized.
