“In the United States, at least 9% of school-aged children have been diagnosed with ADHD, and are taking pharmaceutical medications. In France, the percentage of kids diagnosed and medicated for ADHD is less than .5%”
As a dance instructor, I have taught hundreds of children and have been a part of the public school system for years. I especially identified with the part of this article that spoke of simply taking a personal interest in child rearing to fix a problem rather than immediately look to drug them.
